The focus on the cross-border consulting within two states meets, first of all, demands of people and entities – Russian residents, whose tasks require its solution partially or fully in the USA, and residents of the USA, who have some interest in Russia. Anatoly Ivanenkov, founder and owner of the company, is an experienced legal practitioner. For many years before the launch of the company he worked for large foreign and Russian entities that realized their investment projects in Russia, and as an independent lawyer providing legal services to people and entrepreneurs.

After graduation from Moscow State University after Lomonosov, Mr. Ivanenkov mastered basic common law institutes (England, USA). In addition, he is a degreed linguist, professional translator / interpreter of the English and German languages. He has an MBA certificate issued by Moscow Business School and a lot of other certificates received within his professional development, including courses within an L.L.M. program and seminars on common law.
